Terms and condition for Rodeo Hire

Injury's As with all sports, recreational and exercise equipment, a certain amount of risk is involved in using this equipment. Leisure Hire Ltd cannot be held liable for any damage or injuries that may arise unless the equipment is proved to be faulty.

Equipment is checked before each event before being approved for use.

Users ride at there own risk, signage will be in place top make them aware of this.

The ride is only suitable for adults and children over the height of 1.2 metres

Extra Time -   Leisure Hire Entertainments are only contracted to operate for the time stated on the booking form - additional time may be booked at the start or during the event but this is at the company's discretion and a further fee will be payable

Behaviour  - Leisure Hire may at anytime withdraw services from the event if threatening behaviour or violence is not being dealt with or law enforcement is in attendance. Any moneys paid will not be returned.

Damage or Theft - Any part hiring a Rodeo Bull / Multiride will be fully liable for any damage or theft caused to Leisure Hire Equipment, our staff our our agents equipment, due to lack of security.

Nightclubs - Our operators work in a busy environment entertaining your customers and should not have to deal with abuse or violence, we would respect if the venue has adequate security/door men in the proximity of the operational area, and .or issue our operator(s) with a security radio. Please ensure that there are adequate glass collectors operating around the unit to minimise broken glass in the area.

Requirements  - Please ensure the following is available for the operator.

                  2 * 12amp power outlets within 10 meters of the operators location 

                   A space of at least 5 metres circle to set up the area 

                  A reasonable amount of water and or soft drink refreshment at no cost to the operator

We require 45 min prior to the event start time to set up and test the equipment. This time is in addition to your event start time. If 45 mins access is not available then we will do our bets but cannot to be set up for the start time.

The company reserves the right to cancel a booking.

No food, drink, cigarettes or party poppers are to be taken onto the rodeo. No silly string is to be sprayed inside the rodeo area .

 Use of goods remain the property of Leisure Hire Ltd at all times.
