1.  How much does it cost?

2. How do I book?

3. Is there a deposit required?

A non refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your booking.

 

4.  How much notice do I need to give you to book?

There is no need for notice but we do get very booked out, particularly in the summer months, so the earlier you book, the more likely you will be able to choose what you want and less likely to be disappointed.

 

5.  How do I pay?

We prefer cash on delivery however if you prefer to pay by cheque, please ensure we receive it in time for it to be cleared before your booking time. We don’t have the facility for credit card payments at the current time.

 

6.  Can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time, but you will lose your deposit if you do. It might be worth considering re-scheduling another time rather than cancel altogether.

 

7.  What does the price include?

All bouncy castles come with a blower and extension cable and if being placed on a concrete surface – a crash mat.  The price includes set up, inflation and collection Deliveries for castles and all other products are free within a 10 mile radius  with a charge for outside the area, depending on how far – see under specific items.

 

SkyDancers and searchlights can be hired from anywhere in the UK at a charge.

 

8.  May we open a trade account?

We welcome customers who may wish to open a monthly account. This facility can normally be opened immediately, subject to agreeing our conditions of hire.

 

9.  How do we operate the equipment?

Where necessary, we will provide concise and complete information on the safe use and operation of any equipment hired by us.

 

10.  How long can we hire the equipment for?

Our rates are based on one day’s hire. Equipment is delivered before midday and collections begin from around 6 pm but collection may be arranged the following morning. An overnight charge of £20 is available and will need to be arranged on booking the equipment.
