Conditions Of Hire
Liability
1.
The Hirer is responsible for the equipment during the period
of the hire and will make good any losses incurred during
that time. Replacement costs for Space Flowers and Sky Guys
are £2800 for insurance purposes.
2.
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that the
equipment is used safely and that the instructions provided
are followed.
3.
Public Liability Insurance is the responsibility of the
Hirer.
4.
Where applicable, searchlights can only be used during the
specified times set out by the Civil Aviation Authority and
must not be used outside of these times.
5.
All equipment must be ready for collection or returned at
the agreed time. Delays may result in an excess charge of an
additional day for each item hired.
6.
A £20 deposit is required on booking any of our products.
If booking less than 4 weeks in
advance, full payment
is required on booking.
If booking more than 4 weeks in
advance, a 25% deposit is required with a post dated Cheque
for the balance dated 14 days before the start of hire and
cheques must be forwarded in time to be cleared before your
booking date. You may also pay by
bacs.
6.
On receipt of payment, we will then confirm your order and
delivery details

All equipment must be returned in a reasonable condition. If
any item is excessively dirty, a cleaning charge may be
applied.
8.
These Conditions of Hire MUST BE AGREED before any hire may
commence. Please either sign the Hire Agreement Form we have
sent you and return, or tick the box next to ‘I agree to
your conditions of hire’, if the form is being completed
online. Signing the Hire Agreement form is an agreement of
acceptance to our Conditions of Hire.
